Business France, in collaboration with Nord France Invest, DS Avocats law firm, and Caderas Martin accounting firm, is organizing a seminar titled “Choose France! France, Europe’s Most Attractive Investment Destination” on Monday, November 25, 2024, at the French Embassy in Tokyo.
The event aims to highlight the Hauts-de-France region’s success in attracting Japanese and international companies, particularly in the automotive, food, and chemical sectors. The region has seen several large-scale battery factories established in recent years.
AESC Japan, which announced plans for a lithium-ion battery gigafactory in northern France in 2021, will present on the advantages of investing in the region and France overall. This presentation will offer insights from a Japanese company’s firsthand experience of setting up operations in the area.
The seminar, running from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM with a networking cocktail to follow, will feature simultaneous French-Japanese interpretation. It is free to attend but registration is required by November 18, 2024, due to limited capacity.
