Guests enjoyed a rich array of traditional Filipino dishes curated by Chef Loida Ozaki, representing the culinary diversity of the Philippines’ three main island groups. The Luzon presentation featured popular dishes from Manila, Pampanga, Ilocos, and Laguna. The Visayas region was highlighted through specialties from Cebu, Iloilo, and Negros Occidental, known for their stunning beaches and vibrant food scenes. Mindanao’s offerings included dishes from Davao, Siargao, and the Bangsamoro region, emphasizing its growing significance in cultural tourism.
