The Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ) will celebrate International Women’s Day 2025 with a special breakfast event on 7 March at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi. The event, themed “Accelerate Action,” will focus on achieving gender equality by breaking down systemic barriers and biases faced by women in personal and professional settings.
Moderated by Rebecca Thorn, General Manager of Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya, the panel discussion will feature insights from senior business leaders, including Cynthia Usui (hospitality professional), Elizabeth Anne Kyle (Founder and CEO of Arigato Travel), Yukiko Sakai (Leprino Foods), and Dean Daniels (Accor Japan). The discussion will explore how Japan’s booming tourism and hospitality sector can empower women and drive progress toward gender equality.
