The Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce (IJCC) held in Febriary 1st its third Women’s Weekend Breakfast Activity at Rigoletto Wine and Bar in Marunouchi.
IJCC Directors Brietta O’Leary and Harumi Kanaya, along with Executive Manager Lily Wu, welcomed both new and familiar faces, including members from Stand With Ukraine and the Irish Network Japan. Discussions focused on How Women Rise, exploring success and workplace challenges for women.
The IJCC invites female members to join the next event, a hiking activity in Kamakura on March 29. Additionally, the DEI Committee’s next online meeting will be on March 11. Those interested in joining can contact the IJCC Secretariat or Director Brietta O’Leary.
Following the formal agenda, attendees engaged in networking over dinner and drinks, discussing future initiatives and strengthening ties within the Irish-Japanese business community.
