Mylene J. Garcia-Albano, Philippine Ambassador in Tokyo, inaugurated on Tuesday the first mentoring session of the Japan Women’s Innovative Network (J-Win) Executive Network (JEN Mentoring Program) at her official residence. The session featured prominent mentees, including Yuko Mabuchi (Mizuho Business Challenged Co., Ltd.), Naoko Mori (PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC), and Kyoko Okutani (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC).
Running from January to June 2025, the program aims to enhance leadership skills and global perspectives on diversity under the guidance of female ambassadors. Since its inception in 2000, J-Win’s JEN Mentoring Program has engaged 23 women ambassadors, supporting professional growth for women across industries. J-Win, established in 2007, promotes diversity and inclusion as key management strategies, with over 5,000 members from 90+ companies.
